The application software and data is run and stored on a central server and employees connect to this via client software on their
PC’s or laptops.
The central server is usually based in your office and is accessed through your office network. Users may access this off-site if they have remote access to your office network.

A 5 user system would allow 5 concurrent user connections although the application may be installed and used by many more users.
Contract Controller is continually being developed and enhanced along with software being kept in line with current operating systems.
We will install the latest version of Contract Controller as it is released onto your server, and this will be done out of your normal working hours, so that it does not interrupt you normal working day.
Support is via phone calls and remote access to assist your employees with using the system.
16 hours training is included in the costs and this can be tailored to suit your requirements. This is carried out using Microsoft Teams and you may have as many attendees as required.
We generally recommend training to be carried out in blocks of 2 hours and to be department specific. This allows the training to be put into practice before moving to other areas. All training sessions are recorded and made available straight after the session
Full Administrator access will be required to server and all PCs / laptops requiring to have 4D software installed.
Server and all PCs / laptops running our software to be on your local area network and to have internet access.
We use remote access for support & upgrades and this will be required to be installed on your server that is running 4D Server and any other Users PCs / laptops that may require our support with using the software.
Telephone & email support is available between 9:00am & 5:30pm Monday – Friday. (No support available on English public holidays. Any other times, you will be notified by email of any planned office closures.)
Software upgrades are generally carried out, out of normal working hours between 6:00pm and 6:30am.
