In our continuous efforts to enhance user experience and streamline operations, we are thrilled to announce the addition of the Shop Floor Supervisor Dashboard to Contract Controller. This latest feature is designed to empower shop floor supervisors with limited yet efficient access to the Contract Controller Production area.
The Shop Floor Supervisor Dashboard provides supervisors with a tailored interface, offering a subset of functionalities available to the Production Manager. While it mirrors the Production Manager’s dashboard in many ways, it restricts access to navigate through the system via the menu system. Instead, supervisors can seamlessly navigate using one of the six shortcut keys provided. Notably, supervisors cannot access any menus directly. However, they retain essential functionalities required for overseeing production processes.
One of the standout features of the new dashboard is its intuitive interface for interacting with contract details. By double-clicking on a contract in the listing, supervisors can access relevant information about the contract. Depending on their access rights, they are presented with either a “View Only” screen or a “Full Details” screen with the option to make amendments.
Shopfitting estimators are under increasing pressure to deliver accurate project cost assessments and timelines swiftly. This demand has sparked a growing interest in tools and technologies geared towards expediting the estimation process.
